Rebecca Bennett

FOUNDER-CEO

Rebecca founded LAUNCH! in 2019 and had the idea for EIVA shortly after. She is a serial founder with 10+ years as a business portfolio manager and project tech-manager at Fortune 500 companies, a Big 4 Technology consultant, MBA, a belted Lean Six Sigma practitioner, and PMP.

Dan Abend

CTO

Dan is a seasoned technical leader with over 35 years in software development. He is also a certified Scrum Master and Product Owner. Dan joined LAUNCH! in 2020 and leads the technical vision for EIVA. He has been instrumental in shaping the team and the EIVA architecture.

Umair Qadir

HEAD OF ENGINEERING

Umair is our fearless leader of product development. He joined LAUNCH! in 2020 and directs the technical team that is building EIVA. He is an adept AI/ML engineer, data scientist, and creative problem solver.
