Our audience is a group of like-minded individuals looking to become better leaders. LAUNCH!’s Mastermind Groups allow our users to leverage this network to help them succeed in their goals.
WHAT IS A MASTERMIND GROUP?
A mastermind group is a community of people who help each other achieve success. They are a catalyst of growth for individuals who aspire to do great things. We do this through a combination of brainstorming, education, peer accountability and support to sharpen your business and personal skills. Participants challenge each other to set powerful goals, and more importantly, to accomplish them.
Through a mastermind group process, you create a goal, then through the input of the group develop a plan to achieve it. Your fellow masterminds are experts and can help provide expertise, guidance, second opinions, and suggestions to help you make wise decisions. As you implement your plan, you bring both success stories and problems to the group. Success stories are applauded, and problems are solved through peer brainstorming and collective, creative thinking.
The group requires commitment, confidentiality, willingness to both give and receive advice, ideas, and constructive feedback. Members give each other respect, total honesty, and compassion.
COLLABORATION WINS OVER COMPETITION
Collaboration is being seen more and more as a successful way to achieve big things, over the traditional competitive mindset. Use the synergies of a mastermind group to achieve more.
